Affiliate schemes are a fantasic way to make an additional revenue or to build a long term profitable business. Your success however depends on your marketing efforts. Trust is imperative and works both ways. MaxiPRO is looking for serious affiliates who want to build long term relationships. It was decided not to use a third party tracking service as around thirty percent of the sales budget is lost. Instead MaxiPRO prefers to pass this saving directly to the affiliate's commission.
It is free to join the affiliate scheme and as long as you have a suitable website or marketing material and agree to the standard terms & conditions, then the signup and activation process is quick and painless. However, we do reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership if we deem the website to contain objectionable material, explicit language, supports violent groups, or if we suspect fraudulent behaviour.
Your referrals are tracked in several ways, firstly there's a thirty day cookie that includes a (P3P) privacy policy, this helps prevent browsers from blocking the tracking. In addition, the IP address is tracked. Any non tracked activity is recorded and matched from the date/time of the referrer and the lead/sale within the server logs, ensuring the affiliate receives all of the commission earned. The affiliate links use a direct link style like http://www.maxipro.co.uk which prevents people from removing the affiliate id from the url.
After your account is approved, you can view all of the marketing material. This includes images, static banners, flash banners, email promotions and text links. An affiliate code is available for each, all you do is paste this code on to the web page or marketing material you want the advert to show up on. Everytime a visitor clicks on the advert, it is tracked through our systems and redirects to the www.maxipro.co.uk website. If the visitor signs up for a free trial (£2 lead) then this will be listed on your referral report once the lead is confirmed. This also applies to an actual sale (£40+). You can run various reports showing the campaigns performance, referrals, transactions and payments.
